| The Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Resource Center is a non-profit, community service agency that has offered bilingual services to the various urban neighbourhoods in North-East Ottawa since 1982.
We are committed to promoting a process of individual and collective empowerment and improvement of the quality of life of our whole community, with special attention provided to those who are vulnerable and who face barriers whether it be by income, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, language, disability or other.
