Qualification and Personal Qualities Required:
- Friendly
- Able to approach residents independently
- Patient, tactful, polite, and flexible
- Should feel comfotable being alone with resident(s).
Training/Orientation Provided:
- General volunteer orientation
-Initial orientation with resident(s)
- Ongoing orientation and tarining within the home.
