We are seeking people to come in and visit Residents who do not have family. They would appreciate a visit from a friendly volunteer who has that gift of unhurried time. You could perhaps read to the individuals or assist them outside in the garden area. We ask that all our volunteers complete a police check and a TB test, if this is an interest to you please call.

Carlingview Manor /
We are a 303 bed long term care home to individuals with a variety of disabilities and abilities. We have a number group and individual activities that are implemented from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We host a lot of large events with special foods and live entertainment as well as smaller more quaint events that are specialized and individualized. We offer complementary therapies such as comfort care, Snoezelen, pastoral care, and palliative care. Due to the size of our facility we have an extensive amount of volunteer opportunities for all interests, ages, nationalities, and the person who has the gift of unhurried time.
