Dwaine is the Founder and Executive Director of newpact – a social impact collective.

 

For a decade, he’s helped charities, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and businesses develop social impact initiatives, build community engagement strategies, establish employee support programs and implement equity, diversity and inclusion policies.

Through his work, Dwaine has designed workshops for thousands, mentored dozens of emerging leaders and fundraised over 1 million dollars for charity.

His work spans the corporate, nonprofit and public sectors, including the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Carleton University.

 

Dwaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership, specializing in impact measurement and evaluation, social enterprise and social value purchasing.
