Dwaine is a consultant, facilitator, fundraiser and the Managing Director of newpact – a social impact learning platform and consulting agency based in Ottawa, Ontario (the traditional, unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabeg people). His specialties are helping organizations launch social impact initiatives and implement anti-oppression practices. Dwaine’s professional experience spans the corporate, nonprofit, and education sectors. 

Dwaine has helped professional associations, labour unions, charities, businesses, and educational institutions develop community engagement strategies, establish employee support initiatives, and implement equity policies. Through his work, Dwaine has facilitated workshops for thousands of people, developed hundreds of hours of educational content, and fundraised over 1 million dollars for charities domestically and internationally. 

Outside of newpact, Dwaine is currently leading equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives for the student affairs division at Carleton University
