Laura Lafantaisie, CVA is passionate about the role’s volunteers play in making our world a better place. She is currently the Team Lead, Volunteer Services at Hospice Care Ottawa (HCO) based out of the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice in Kanata. Laura has 25 years of experience working in the profession of Volunteer Engagement with up to 3500 volunteers. She credits the hundreds of volunteers she has had the pleasure of getting to know for making her the person and the leader she is today. Laura has been a member of Ottawa Leaders of Volunteers, previously (OAVR) for 15 years and is currently Vice-Chair. She is always honored to support new and upcoming individuals to the field.
