The Diversity in Leadership Ottawa (DLO) program seeks to increase diversity and enhance governance in non-profits and charities across the city. Our goal is to address the diversity gap in governance structures by connecting qualified and trained candidates from under-represented groups to not-for-profit Boards.
The DLO program is not currently active. In the meantime, you can search our site for governance-specific volunteer opportunities and attend upcoming workshops on this subject.
