Individual Membership with Volunteer Ottawa in 2025
Individual membership is an excellent option for non-profit staff who would like discounted access to VO’s education programs, but whose employer is not a VO member. This membership is also a great way for individual community members to support VO and have a say in the organization’s future.
Individual membership lasts for one year from April 1 to March 31 of the following year, and costs $100. With this membership you will get:
- 1 free seat per year in any VO online community workshop, as space allows (usual cost: $50)
- 50% off your purchase of a seat in our new self-paced online Board Leadership Training course (usual cost: $145)
- Voting rights at annual VO Annual General Meeting
- Subscription to VO Monthly News (unsubscribe at any time)
- Advance notification of all VO special events and activities
Please note that individual membership does not come with any volunteer recruitment benefits. If you are interested in using VO’s volunteer recruitment tools, we recommend Organization Membership.
