A Successful Return to Work: Strategies to Ensure the Well-Being of your Team

Returning to work will be an adventure! For some, this return to work is highly anticipated, but for others it is filled with anxiety. Wise leaders will be able to navigate the challenges and opportunities by following the time tested principles covered in this workshop. The return is coming! Let’s be ready.

Mental Health 101: Warning Signs and Self-Care

In this interactive workshop we will explore the warning signs that can indicate someone we care about is experiencing poor or worsening mental health. Participants will also have an opportunity to gain a deeper self-awareness of their own warning signs. We will also explore the topic of self-care, challenges to self-care as well as practical and easy strategies that make a big difference in promoting wellness.

Mental Health 102: Active Communication

In this interactive workshop we will explore what active communication is and why it’s important when relating and responding to mental health. Participants will learn practical skills they can bring into their workplace and personal lives to de-escalate someone who is in crisis or distress, deepen connections and decrease stigma.
