Garry J. Armstrong is home to 180 Residents who offer services in English & French. It is located between the Vanier Parkway and King Edward Avenue on the Rideau River. (200 Island Lodge Road) **Free parking. Centre d'accueil Champlain is located in Vanier to serve the needs of our 160 Francophone Residents. (275 Perrier Avenue) **Free parking. Volunteer roles at all of the City of Ottawa Long-term care locations include contributing to Residents' quality of life through various activities and enhancing the sense of community and support within these homes.
