The real goal of Green Wave is to use soccer as a fun way to get boys and girls engaged in physical activity. We believe that young players are the cornerstone of soccer as they are and always will be the future of the sport. Much more important than winning games is the gaining of those values deep-rooted in soccer: fair play, persistence, the urge to do better, forming life long friendships and the sportive spirit. We offer coaches the opportunity to progress from Volunteer Assistant to Coaching Director and there is an opportunity for exceptional coaches to take ownership of their classes which in turn leads to being your own boss and earning a desirable income.
