Ability First Ottawa (AFO) is a young charity - just 7 years old. The charity was established to provide comprehensive services and support to individuals with disabilities. AFO is currently run by a Volunteer Board of Directors and other volunteers who have contributed to programs such as the Covid Outreach Program, Summer Camp, Group Outings, etc.. We have still managed to make a big impact in Ottawa with our outreach programs throughout the pandemic. Tagline Abilities, Families and Communities are our passions. Mission Statement To assist persons with disabilities, and their families, reach their social, educational and employment goals, by offering resource infrastructure and skills development in coordination with our supporting community.
