English Language Tutoring for the Ottawa Community (ELTOC) is a non-profit charity organization that provides individualized and accessible home-based English as a Second Language (ESL) training tutoring to adult newcomers who cannot attend regular classes. ELTOC achieves its mission by matching newcomers to ELTOC-trained volunteers in the community who go to the students' homes and provide one-on-one English language tutoring.
