Carlington Community Health Centre is a non-profit community-based health centre providing health and social services. We are committed to the well being of our community. We promote, through a supportive environment, social, economic, physical, mental and environmental health. We are responsible to the community through an elected Board of Directors. Through mutual respect, team work, and collaboration our professional staff and community volunteers work together to achieve these goals.
