About Organization
Founded in 1969, Centretown Community Health Centre CCHC) is a non-profit organization that provides primary health care couselling services and health education programs to residents of Centretown, the Glebe and Old Ottawa South. In addition, CCHC delivers more than 60 programs including: diabetes education, cooking groups, anonymous HIV testing, prenatal classes, couselling and addiction services. Furthermore, CCHC offers specialized health programs that are open to all residents of Ottawa.
