Operating in the heart of Nepean in Ottawa’s west end since 1991, Centrepointe Childcare Services (CCS) provides a range of care and early learning options for children from infancy to age 12. Inside the Centre, CCS offers a Centre-based Childcare program; a Part-time Nursery School; a Drop-in Playgroup; Parent and caregiver workshops and a Toy Library. Outside of the facility, we support 80 Home-based Childcare environments for more than 300 children. A volunteer Board of Directors, assisted by a number of subcommittees, ensures the responsible management of our not-for-profit organization. The Board meets a minimum of ten times a year. We are looking for new Board members in the following areas: finance; legal; human resources; communications and marketing, administration, and advocacy.
