The Centre for Health Science and Law is a non-profit health advocacy organization that specializes in food and nutrition issues. CHSL advocates law reform and enforcement to improve public health in Canada and internationally (especially including Sub Saharan Africa) by conducting and health policy research, publishing, speaking to the media, and other persuading governments to act, especially at the federal government and through international organizations like the World Health Organization, Codex Alimentarius Commission, and United Nations Human Rights Council. CHSL aims to improve public health nutrition by helping Canadians become more savvy eaters and companies and governments more accountable.
