Join us for an empowering session led by Fora: Network for Change, where we’ll explore the significance of including young women and gender-marginalized youth in board-level decision-making. Using Fora’s young, feminist framework, we will delve into why their perspectives are crucial for inclusive and effective leadership.
Fora: Network for Change is dedicated to equipping the next generation of leaders with the skills and opportunities needed to make their voices heard in key decision-making spaces. Since 2009, Fora (formerly G(irls)20), has been investing in young changemakers experiencing gender-based discrimination, and working to build more inclusive and equitable decision-making spaces. Through renowned leadership training, advocacy, and community-building initiatives, as well as signature programs — Rise on Boards, the Global Summit, and Advocacy efforts — Fora helps young trailblazers gain new skills, confidence, supportive networks, and opportunities to lead gender equity movements, advance in their career trajectories, and change the status quo.
This webinar aims to inspire and prepare participants to advocate for meaningful representation and influence at the highest levels.
