9:05 AM to 10:00 AM Keynote Speaker & Q&A – Sylvia Cheuy, Tamarack Institute. Collective Impact: A Framework for Mobilizing Community Wisdom and Shared Action – This keynote will provide an overview of the fundamentals of Collective Impact – a disciplined form of multi–sector collaboration that has been proven to generate high–impact results – and highlight how it has evolved over time. Participants will explore four unique strengths of the Collective Impact Framework and discover common stumbles in its implementation. Examples of CI in action will be profiled and tools and resources to translate the Collective Impact framework into action will be shared.
