Do you ask these questions: How do we estimate the project duration and costs presented in a Grant Proposal? What are the reasons for cost and time overruns on projects? How do we best implement our strategy?

This workshop will hone in on the key time period between strategy and execution.

Philip Morin is a registered Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with over 35 years of experience in project, risk, and customer experience management in the federal public service and with a leading multinational software corporation. As an independent consultant providing project and risk management services, Philip has a passion for working with teams to get things done (especially those big, hairy, audacious projects), and strives to cultivate a workplace based on enthusiasm, creativity, and fun.

Cancellation Policy

There is a course minimum of 3 registrants.

An email confirming this registration will be sent to the primary email address for your member account, or the email address on this form if you are a non-member. Your registration is transferrable to anyone else within your organization. The following workshop registrations are non-refundable: (a) purchased at a discounted rate, (b) purchased using a voucher, or (c) cancellation received less than five (5) business days prior to the event. Any other cancellation is refundable, subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
