Non-profit staff are facing an increasingly complex environment. As demand rises, revenues decline. Organizations are facing widespread burnout, and struggle to recruit and retain staff. Funding practices continue to restrict capacity and sustainability. And all of thatâs happening in the context of a growing resistance to EDI, a looming climate crisis, escalating global conflict and attacks on hard-won rights. Many nonprofit leaders are going through what feels like a never-ending cycle of crises. The stakes are high, and there are no easy answers. Feeling overwhelmed in the face of big, complex issues is a common struggle. How do we, as nonprofit staff, make decisions that meet the moment and guide our organizations forward in this demanding context? This workshop offers a powerful approach to navigate complexity. In this hands-on session, you’ll dive into an actionable decision-making framework crafted specifically for nonprofit leaders like you. Using real-world examples, we’ll arm you with practical tools to rise above the overwhelm, gain clarity and take action, empowering you to lead your nonprofit with confidence in a messy and unpredictable world.
This workshop is part of our Learning Path for Non-Profit Staff, a series of 6 workshops designed for anyone working in the non-profit sector looking to develop and enhance their skills.
