Most non-profit groups track their performance by metrics such as dollars raised, membership growth, number of visitors, people served, and overhead costs. These metrics are certainly important, but they don’t measure the real success of an organization in achieving its mission. Measuring social impact is a catalyst for driving positive change. It allows organizations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within their operations and across their community programs. Topics covered in this session include: Social Impact, Impact Measurement Frameworks, Existing Global Standards on Measuring Impact, Logic Models and Theories of Change.

This workshop is part of our Learning Path for Non-Profit Staff, a series of 6 workshops designed for anyone working in the non-profit sector looking to develop and enhance their skills.
