About your facilitator
This workshop will be developed and led by Laura Lafantaisie, Volunteer Coordinator for Hospice Care Ottawa(HCO) based out of the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice in Kanata. Laura has been managing volunteers for the last 22 years including at HCO, Canadian Cancer Society and CPAWS. She believe that working with volunteers is the best job in the world. Laura credits the hundreds of volunteers she has had the pleasure of getting to know for making her the person and the leader she is today. Thank you, Laura for leading this learning opportunity for VO members!
