Navigating the challenging aspects of discipline and dismissal is a critical skill for any volunteer engagement professional. Discipline and dismissal can be some of the most complex issues navigating any volunteer-driven organizations where maintaining morale is key. This comprehensive workshop is designed to equip you with knowledge for how to identify and address volunteer behavioural issues. Participants will also engage with tactics to encourage volunteers to recognize and correct inappropriate behaviour autonomously, and to foster a culture of accountability and self-improvement. Through practical advice and real-world examples, learners will gain the confidence to handle disciplinary actions with compassion and professionalism, ultimately strengthening your team’s dynamics and organizational integrity.
