This session will focus on solving common challenges nonprofits face in managing volunteers, donors, and members. While the WordPress platform supports all three areas, this workshop will specifically demonstrate how to streamline volunteer management using WordPress, FluentCRM, and Fluent Forms. This workshop is appropriate for learners with intermediate-level tech skills. Users will not need advanced tech knowledge.

 

Learning Outcomes:

1) Challenges addressed:

Dependence on spreadsheets creates inefficiencies and security vulnerabilities.

Managing data across various platforms often results in fragmentation and increased errors/costs.

Osamu will introduce a cost-effective, all-in-one CRM system leveraging WordPress and FluentCRM. Nonprofits can take advantage of both free and premium options, with premium starting at $149/year, making it accessible for small to mid-sized organizations.

 

3) Live demo:

During the demo, Osamu will show how to create a volunteer intake form using Fluent Forms and set up automation to send notifications to both admins and applicants. Osamu will also demonstrate how to track volunteer activities, segment data based on interests or roles, and run targeted email campaigns to engage and promote more volunteers.
