Overview of the Committee Members’ Role
-Work as a team to coordinate, plan, and manage the recruitment of potential board members based on the charity’s strategic priorities.
-Recruite and screen qualified candidates.
-Present recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
-Organize annual retreats and professional development events.
-Prepare and submit brief quarterly reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
