Description

RECRUITING FOR THIS SHIFT SPECIFICALLY: if you are interested in other volunteering opportunities with Dress for Success Ottawa, please use our volunteer interest form at ottawa.dressforsuccess.org/volunteer-application to notify us.

We need volunteers to help specifically Thursday, March 30th from 10am-1pm.

Support Dress for Success Ottawa’s Seasonal Sale by signing up to support the set-up and display of the SupportHER Sale! Help us turn our boutique space into a pop-up shop including cash registers, signs, and fitting rooms.

The main responsibility of this shift is to pack up all of the items the boutique is hiding from the sale for an easy return following the sale and begin to bring out the items that are specifically prepared for the sale. When you arrive you’ll be given a role and helped to register your car for free parking.

Location of Volunteerism: 200 Catherine St (Dress for Success Boutique)

Things to Know and Dress Code
– Our boutique is a scent-reduced environment, which means no perfume or scented skin products should be applied within 4 hours of coming for your shift.
– For safety, please wear close-toed comfortable shoes and clothing that you can move around in!
– Please bring a water bottle with you.

How will this opportunity benefit the volunteer?
Get to know others and learn how to build a pop-up retail space. You will get to meet new people in a fun and casual environment while giving back at the same time!
