The Board of Directors is an important part of the organizational structure at CCOC. The Board’s purpose is to help provide strategic direction and oversight to the operations and activities of CCOC. They also play an important role in decision-making, including approving the annual budget, financial decisions, policy updates, and other recommendations from employees. Board members also work with the Board committees, helping coordinate important information.

We encourage members of our community and our tenants to get involved and join our Board or other volunteer opportunities. We would not be able to operate without the help, input and support from our tenants, members and volunteers.
