The Coordinator will be instrumental in developing the Committees’ Volunteerism Program with the CEO and committee teams in a primarily virtual environment.

• Assist with building and overseeing the Committees Volunteerism Program
• Foster collaboration between the Committees to streamline activities to leverage outcomes and assess efficiencies
• Delegate targeted responsibilities where appropriate
• Arrange and assist with volunteer candidate interviews
• Conducting on-the-job training and planning training.
• Keeping track of volunteer labour plans and data.
• Work within a primarily virtual setting
• Utilize relevant software to track volunteer tasks, timelines, and stats such as the number of hours worked, socioeconomic value-added impact
