Description

The Dining Room provides nutritious, affordable meals for purchase and provides a pleasant, sociable and friendly environment for clients, volunteers, staff, and guests. The Dining Room Volunteer assists Food Services employees in packaging Meals on Wheels, setting up and clearing up the Dining Room, and assisting members and guests as required.

Duties:
-Wipes and clears tables and counters;
-Stacks dishes and cutlery in bins;
-Assists with packaging Meals on Wheels orders;
-Assists members and guests using Dining Room;
-Helps maintain a friendly, sociable atmosphere in the Dining Room;
-Tracks and records volunteer hours; and
-Attends meetings/training as scheduled.
