Director of Communications
Description
Position description:
– Manage the association’s email, Facebook, Twitter, and website.
– Keep track of activities and ensure active online presence.
– Plan and implement strategic approaches to optimize internal and external
communications.
– Notify the appropriate director based on ingoing/outgoing communications.
Qualifications:
– No degrees required.
– Self-motivated and engaged.
– Knowledge of/Experience with social media plaƞorms, proficiency with MS
software applications, and communications experience are considered assets.
– Fluent in written and oral English.
Hours:
– Hours will vary but there are no expectations or set number of work hours.
– Deadlines will be set internally for projects/tasks.
