Are you newly retired or have time on your hands, the Friends of the Central Experimental Farm seek a volunteer Director of Events. The Director will oversee the coordinators of each event and offers suggestions and assistance when needed. Makes arrangements for the Annual General Meeting. Shows initiative and suggests potential future events/fundraisers. Should have previous event planning experience. This is a board position. The board meets once a month during the day.

How will this opportunity benefit the volunteer?
Working in this position you will be assisting the Friends of the Farm to help preserve, protect, maintain and enhance the magnificent Central Experimental Farm. You will be working with a diverse group of committed volunteers of all ages who are treated with respect, kindness and empathy.
