The Director of Operations leads the activities related to the ongoing operations of the FCEF.
Effective ability to work in an administrative setting within a not-for-profit organization. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to supervise and work with an employee on an ongoing basis. Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Google Workspace’s other functions: Google email, Docs, Sheets, etc.; or equivalent Microsoft functions: Word, etc. A competence related to modern day technologies used in an office setting. The Director of Operations is elected by the Board to serve a three-year term which can be renewed for two additional three year terms.
