Dining should be a pleasurable activity. When some of our residents experience difficulty at meal time our Feeding Assistants lend a hand. In a gentle and respectful manner, they provide one-on-one support and help ensure that the residents nutritional needs are met. By their friendly presence they also make the meal restful and enjoyable. Feeding Assistants arrive shortly before the meals are being served (8:30 am, 12:30 pm and 5:30 pm) and spend about one hour. Training is provided.
