Front of House concert assistance:
Greets patrons, artists’ guests, sponsors and VIPs
Checks tickets/passes
Assists with seating
Ensures aisles are unobstructed
Provides direction to patrons lining up for concerts
Answers inquiries
Assists individuals with mobility issues into the venue
Helps with post-concert clean up
Excellent customer service skills required; must be friendly, personable and professional
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication in English; bilingualism is an asset
Must be able to stand, off and on, for 2-3 hours
Reports to Front of House Manager and/or designated Supervisor

Our volunteers allow us to present a Concert Series, a City Hall Series and a summer festival featuring both Canadian and International chamber musicians such as Canadian Brass, National Youth and Danish String Quartet among many others.
