Are you interested and passionate about the arts? Looking for an opportunity to contribute to the community? Want to spend some time outdoors meeting new people this summer? Come join Odyssey Theatre as we celebrate our 37th season of Theatre Under the Stars and our grand return to live theatre in Strathcona Park!

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic people that have a passion for the arts and are interested in working outdoors during the run of our summer production, “The Miser”, a comedic masterpiece where love conquers greed. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we rely on folks who are willing and able to help us continue to serve our community, and put on fantastic shows every summer.

We are in need of volunteers to help us with our Front of House tasks and goings-on, for example, taking tickets, handing out programs, seating audience members, and helping operate our concessions and box office. You will become an integral part of our team and be the face of Odyssey Theatre during our performance run.

Performances will be taking place between July 27th and August 21st, Tuesday through Sunday at 8:00pm with an additional matinee performance every Sunday at 2:00pm. Shifts volunteering with us are in 4-hour increments; evenings from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, and Sunday afternoons from 12:30pm to 4:30pm.

We ask volunteers for a minimum of 4 guaranteed shifts – however, we are flexible, so any help is welcome. Those who join us for 4 shifts will receive two complimentary tickets to the show!
