Description

• Facilitate e-commerce related processes both directly and indirectly: including site maintenance, customer service, inventory management, product transfers, etc.
• Move product and prep/organize orders for pick-up/transfer. Assist in loading curbside pickups and loading/unloading product transfers.
• Help maintain online inventory. Meet goals to increase selection over time.
• Post items for sale on our online platform. Follow posting guidelines. Include clear pictures and accurate descriptions.
• Communicate and collaborate with in-store staff and counterparts in other ReStore locations.
• Review site routinely to ensure smooth operation. Identify problems and troubleshoot.
• Monitor site activity and other data to track performance.
• Help facilitate site maintenance, updates, and modifications.
• Monitor ReStore Online email address. Respond to inquiries. Maintain a positive customer experience.
• Related duties as assigned.
• Primary responsibilities of this role surround e-commerce. However, in-store support of our brick-and-mortar retail operations will be required as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Retail experience
• Warehousing experience
• Knowledge of or experience with Shopify
• Basic knowledge of web design and maintenance
• Competency with digital photography
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well with a team
