We serve a community with complex needs. All programs are designed with inclusivity in mind.
Half day sessions – 8 AM-11:00 AM or 12 PM-3 PM weekly
Criteria: Background in fitness
Activities: yoga, walking group – may be supported by a SSW/peer support worker, mindfulness meditation etc.
Duties: Must have a program planned in advance with modifications
in mind to address mobility issues.
We will provide the necessary equipment.
Must be comfortable working with little supervision.
Volunteers will complete a program report after each session to capture numbers served.

This is an opportunity to give back, promoting fitness and health to folks who may not otherwise have an opportunity ,motivation or the means. Helping folks feel better about themselves.
