We’re seeking self-motivated, charismatic and engaging volunteers to welcome exhibitors and visitors alike to the fifth anniversary event of Ottawa International Food and Book Expo 2024 on April 27 and 28 in the Horticulture Building and Lansdowne Park.
We also welcome volunteers who might have time to help with the operational management coordinating of exhibitors which entails sending our emails to exhibitors, businesses and local media organizations.
How will this opportunity benefit the volunteer?
We seek to provide volunteers with hands-on opportunities to learn how to successfully execute a community event based upon their event planning interests, while learning more about the multicultural vitality that Ottawa represents. Volunteers will gain managerial experience along with both social and professional networking opportunities.
How will the organization benefit?
Our community-driven organization will be able to provide a higher quality event for our community.
