Description
We are searching for leaders to serve on the management board of Belong Ottawa. If you are passionate about creating spaces and building programs that support people who are affected by poverty and homelessness in Ottawa, then our board needs you.
Belong Ottawa is a community ministry of the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa. Our programs are delivered at three sites in Centertown and Lowertown Ottawa.

An inclusive community where no one is marginalized and everyone is valued and supported.
The key responsibilities of the Management Board are: Strategic direction, planning & monitoring, Advocacy, and Program Sustainability. We are currently looking for new members with experience or interest in the areas of fundraising and/or advocacy. Board terms are for 3 years. Board members are expected to attend a monthly meeting of approximately 2 hours (often held virtually) and to participate in at least one sub-committee (time and intensity of committee work varies).
