Management Board members serve on our governance committees, providing strategic and practical advice while also taking on tasks related to strengthening our Finance, Human Resources, and Governance system.

How will this opportunity benefit the volunteer?
Volunteers will get the opportunity to contribute to a small, dynamic organization’s pathway to greater sustainability, including the development of stronger governance policies and fundraising strategies. They also, serve as community ambassadors and will have occasions to practice and/or sharpen their skills in human resources, fundraising, and non-profit oversight.
How will the organization benefit?
In addition to overseeing our governance and management structure, Management Board members will help Refugee 613 go through the process of transitioning from a hosted organization to an independent non-profit and registered charity.
