Description

Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteers to help deliver meals to seniors and adults living with disabilities in our community. Help rebuild the fabric of our community after two years of isolation for many of our community members.

The volunteer commitment is flexible and is usually a few times a month depending on your availability. Once you are trained you can sign up for shifts and view your schedule in our online volunteering portal. Each shift is 2 hours and usually occurs over the lunch period from Monday to Saturday. We also offer limited evening volunteering positions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Drivers deliver meals in both our hot meal and frozen meal programs. Drivers use their own vehicles to make deliveries to clients at their homes. During this time, volunteers see the direct impact their help makes in the clients’ lives.
