POSITION: Play group Assistant

OBJECTIVE: To assist with organized activities in playroom.

DUTIES: To help set-up and take-down playgroup equipment, as requested.
To assist in child programming.
To assist with welcoming parents, caregivers and children.
To interact and support children, staff, parents and caregivers and assist with activities.
To ensure confidentiality of materials and information related to the Centre and its
members.

QUALIFICATIONS: Flexible and sensitive to the needs of parents, caregivers and children.
Good communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm / experience working with children.
Some strength required.
Reliable, organized.
Tact and diplomacy in dealing with people.

Location: Heatherington/Cedarwood Area
Monday and Friday 9-12 pm
Must be a resident of Ottawa, Ontario Canada
