Description

Through in-person interviews, assist selected residents to complete standardized Quality of Life Survey.
Accurately record survey responses into Qualtrics application.
Volunteers will have enriching 1:1 conversations with residents while enabling them to share feedback about health care, therapeutic activities and quality of day-to-day life.
Scheduling is flexible, outside of resident mealtimes.
You will use an IPad for the survey.
