Join Us Behind the Scenes at the Fall Volunteer Expo!

Volunteer Ottawa is on the lookout for help with setup and teardown for our much-anticipated fall Volunteer Expo on September 22 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Volunteer Expo is a biannual gathering featuring dozens of non-profit organizations and hundreds of enthusiastic attendees. To make this event a success, we’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Setup and Teardown Crew. If you’re someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes action and contributing to the magic of event production, we want you on our team!

We understand that your schedule may be demanding, so we’ve got options for you. Choose to take on one or both shifts:

Shift 1 (Setup): 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Shift 2 (Teardown): 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

As a Volunteer Setup and Teardown Crew Member, you’ll be an essential part of our event operations. You’ll work closely with our event coordinators to ensure that everything is set up and taken down efficiently and safely. Your efforts will play a significant role in creating a seamless experience for event attendees and making our events run smoothly.
