Description

We are looking for 8! people to assist in running a silent auction or fundraising section of a Cerebral Palsy nonprofit organization DreamersWalkCanada. Taking place March 25, this event requires many hands to assist in these two areas. This event will take place in the evening, and does require a little bit of training (provided) prior to event. AODA training will need to be completed in order to participate.

Looking for those that genuinely care for the benefit of those with visible and invisible disabilities. No formal training or schooling is required- but appreciated!

How will this opportunity benefit the volunteer?
Rewarding opportunity to see a NFP organization raise money for cerebral palsy! A fun time helping an auctioneer, and bidding. Opportunity to track hours for volunteerism, and to put on your resume.
How will the organization benefit?
A smoothly run event where no one is stressed, and no one is overworked. Many hands mean light load by all. Potential to be brought in for future events, and more opportunity to grow within the organization if desired.
