Are you passionate about soccer, community engagement, and fostering a positive environment for children to learn and grow? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Volunteer Coordinators for our soccer program. This multifaceted role involves various responsibilities including setting up the soccer field, managing tents, welcoming parents, coaching different age group divisions, and instilling life lessons within an Islamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Soccer Field Setup: Assist in the setup and preparation of the soccer field before matches and practices, ensuring all equipment is properly arranged and in good condition.

-Tent Management: Oversee the management of tents, ensuring they are set up efficiently and maintained throughout events. Provide assistance to participants and parents as needed.

-Parent Welcoming: Extend a warm welcome to parents and guardians attending matches and events, addressing any inquiries and ensuring they feel valued and informed.

-Coaching: Lead coaching sessions for various age group divisions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship within an Islamic framework. Tailor coaching methods to suit the needs and abilities of each group.

-Life Lessons: Integrate teachings of life lessons, ethics, and values into coaching sessions, promoting character development and personal growth among participants.

-Islamic Environment: Foster an inclusive and supportive Islamic environment within the soccer program, promoting respect, understanding, and unity among participants of diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

-Passion for soccer and community involvement
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Previous experience in coaching or mentoring youth preferred
-Understanding of Islamic principles and values (You do not have to be a Muslim, just understanding)
-Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
