Position Overview:
Muslim Harmony Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Engagement Coordinator to manage audience interactions and improve our community engagement. This role focuses on building strong connections with followers and encouraging active participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms.

Engage with followers by commenting, liking, and sharing relevant content.

Build relationships with community members, influencers, and partners through social media.

Assist in creating and running social media contests, polls, and campaigns to boost engagement.

Track engagement metrics to measure the success of community-building efforts.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Passion for community engagement and social media interaction.

Experience managing social media accounts or pages.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment: 5-8 hours per week (remote position).
