Job Overview:
Restore International Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization with a strong commitment to improving health, education, and advocating for social justice.The social media manager will work closely with the Special Projects Manager and Resource Development Coordinator to build and/or maintain a strong online presence across each of its social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of comments and messages
Developing social media objectives for planning period
Running social media campaigns
Promote our initiatives, events, campaigns, and fundraising efforts through creative and strategic social media campaigns
Building a positive brand awareness by maintaining a reputable online presence
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
Developing reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

Experience developing social media strategies from organizational objectives.
Experience managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Experience developing campaigns (within a non-profit context is an asset)
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Proven ability to build social media communities.
Possess graphic designing and copywriting skills
Possess basic photo and video editing tools are a plus
Detail-oriented and well-organized in terms of work delivery
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom and Trello for task management
Ability to work asynchronously and in a remote environment.
