Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join us as a Summer Gardener volunteer. As a Summer Gardener, you will play a vital role in maintaining and maybe creating our garden space throughout the summer season. Your responsibilities will include:
Planting, watering, and weeding garden beds
Harvesting fruits, vegetables, and herbs
Pruning and maintaining garden infrastructure (e.g., trellises, pathways)
Collaborating with staff and residents to plan and implement garden projects
Providing basic gardening education and guidance to interested residents
