Technology Administrator

We are looking for support in oversighting the various technology administrations, facilitating collaboration amongst the different volunteer groups helping out on various technologies, assisting acquisition of new technologies as enablers to the business objectives, and supporting general IT questions. You’ll work with the IT Team and the Executive Director.

Knowledge and experience with the following technologies are desired:
• Office 365
Set up various Microsoft applications
Access management
• Insightly
Set up Insightly CRM
Integration with Office 365
General administration
• Xero
Integration with Insightly
• Website
Front-end graphic design
• Various Donor Portals
Research, support, set up various donor portals (Canada Helps, Benevity, Double-the -Donation etc.)

Additional skills and experiences desired:
• Ability to work independently and self-directed
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams from marketing, human resources, finance, etc.
• Ability to lead multiple volunteer groups by facilitating collaborations and providing support
• Ability to communicate to non-technical teams and translate technical to business
